  1. Does the support page not work? I'm just curious as I had an order placed the 20th and put in my support ticket the 25th and it says on the site it only takes 2 business days for a reply and I've gotten nothing back and its been about 6 business days since i put the support ticket in. I really need the tracking number for my order and the tracker on the website says my order was delivered in the TOTALLY wrong place on april 13th 2009? Also it says that my order is complete on the "My Orders" page and it definitely hasnt been completed.

    If anyone can help me here please do. My order number is #400132303.

  3. Thats what it says when I click the "Track Your Orders" link on the orders page. I know its dead wrong but I wonder why its even there and it scares me that it says that and that it was supposedly delivered to the totally wrong address on "April 13th 2009"
     
  4. Interesting. There may have been a discrepancy with the tracking number you were given.

    I'm sure someone from support will see this, however I have brought it to the attention of the Mod team and it should be taken care of shortly as soon as someone logs on who has the ability to look into these things. Superjoint, the shop owner, usually handles these matters personally, so just wait it out.
