i beleive a kid named old pork used it in his "merciful bagseed rescue" thread. he seems to have had good results with it check it out.
I add sthrive and three alive as well as vit b as a base to my nutrients every watering and think wonderful things of old school methods its been doing its job for 60 years thats alot longer than any of these other nutrient supplements can say
yes, superthrive is excellent. simply a drop in a gallon of spring water, your plants will love you. not sure how it reacts if you are using other types of nutrients/hormones. i am an organic grower myself.
