Honestly I havnet overused it and I have always used more than the reccommended. I go with every watering. I just mix it up into a gallon container with my nutes.

 

does it help any? do u notice a difference using it than without and just nutes?

 

Yes.
Even organics can be over used and cause nute burn.

 

Honestly, I couldnt tell. Ive never done a side by side comparson.
