    Mix my medium up?
Well at this seedling stage i use seed raising mix, from seed.
At this seedling stage i use the rhizotonic as how the label on bottle says.
I use canna part a and b at half strength, to determine how strong the plants tolerance towards the nutrients.
And at this seedling stage i use half litre spray bottles, i have 5 by fluoro nursery and heater in wardrobe.
Is that what u wanted to know?

I dont check my ph, im guessing its at the right level.
Ive done 5 grows and never bothered with it.
There would be no reasonof ph imbalances, as the water is of good quality, the coco is nuetral, and i always make sure 25 percent of the water is flushed out during feeding.

  14. whats the "best" water to use? I hear faucet/tap isn't good because of chlorine and other things.

    Spring water?

    distilled?

  15. Im in the hills, country, the water quality is pretty good.
But i fill buckets up and leave them sitting for minimum 24 hours, to get rid of some chlorine

  16. ^Lucky. I've been using my tap water, but recently my city switched from using Chlorine to Chloramine, which does not dissipate, I was pissed when I first found out, but my girls don't seem to mind to much.

    Girls are looking nice Rasta!

  17. k thanks. So I can just let the tap water sit for a day or so before use. :)

  18. ^You need to check with your city. If you have chlorine it will dissipate. If you have chloramine you're screwed. Most area's are making the switch due to it staying in the water and they don't have to treat it nearly as often.

  19. I've never heard of cloramine

  20. Chloramine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If I were you I'd check with your city and see what they're using for water treatment. More and more places are starting to use it because it's relatively less expensive than chlorine.
