Super dank or super mold?

    Picked up a quarter oz recently and I started breaking up some of the buds and noticed the whiteish hairs along the stem. Might just be dank? Is there any real way to test? Besides having it looked at by a lab?

    Looks like mold to me I might be wrong though...

    Why would you buy any weed without looking at it first..

    looks both to me

    dip a sample in a cup of bleach and warm water

    wait 2-3 secs then extract and see with your 30x scope if anything turned to shit

    that be mold

    dip again in clean cold water

    post back

    then dry like socks

    Looks like mold. Nugs look very wet as well which could have caused that mold somehow. I could be wrong. Was it a bad/strange taste when you smoked it?

    Not mold. The stems will have hundreds and hundreds of trichome like hairs without the "bulbs" that we see on the rest of the bud. Totally normal but sometimes there is a plethora of these hairs on some strains/buds and they are white and can at first glance resemble a mold like substance / issue. Not the case here. I have had mold contaminated bud and yours is not at least from what you are showing here in the pics.

    Doesn't look like mold to me. Looks crystallized AF! Usually, if it's actually moldy you can smell it. What do you smell?

    Your making everyone guess !
    Load a bowl and if it tastes like mold then take the weed back or make it into hash ..
    Smoking weed with mold isn't a option ..

    It's really hard to tell with a photo. Can you try getting some of it off and examining? Looks crystally but can't say for sure. I would think you'd sense mold in the taste or smell? Go look at it under the sun.

    I went to the hospital for lung failure. That shit gave me PTSD fuck bud I’ll only eat edibles from a dispensary. Absouslty traumatizing. Don’t ever fucking smoke shit with white hairs.

    all from smoking some weed with a little mold on it? Shit I should of died 25 years ago smoking all that mexican in HS
