till the stretch stops yes .. but anytime you cause damage to your plant after flower has started you will slow/hinder your harvest... best to get the super cropping done before flower..
wharfrat is right. if it was me there is no way i would supercrop during flowering. i'd do it 2 weeks before i switched light cycles. let the plant fully heal, then ask her to give me buds.
