Nothing I love more than getn straight up blazed to shizzle and spending the day in the kitchen, I know... I'm a little odd. Just finished up some spicy pickled beans, all homegrown except the salt and vinegar for pickling. Yellow beans, mini red bells, habanero from my hydro project, fresh garlic, fresh chili peppers and dill all from the gardens Post what your making today Tonight I'm trying my hand at gnocchi, fresh pesto from my hydro basil farm, Marsala chicken and a fresh ceasar salad! Yummy!
Last night it was Fliet mignon, twice baked potato, and a chef salad. Tonight it'll most likely be me buying subs for me and my girl.. haha. No cooking today. But now that I saw you canning stuff, I want dilly beans!

Its always nice having a quality grill.. I love my infrared seerer and extra burners so I can pan cook the rest of the meal
Fried zucchini, fried green tomatoes and Brats on the grill. How us Michiganders do it, fresh from the garden but fried to clog our arteries.
Just pulled a pot of beans with pork that I brined myself off the stove after a three hour cook. Flavor hasn't had a chance to blend yet but it's still awful tasty. Cheers Good Eatin'
