i was wondering if it was ok it i had sun light on my plants all day and at night i use indoor light thanks
If the outdoor light is direct light it is ok. Right when the sun has moved away ( I assume you are talking about a window?) and is no longer direct light, this is when they should go under the artificial light. I wouldn't think a window would offer anything more than 4-6 hours of direct sunlight.
