Hey is this a sulfur or nitrogen problem not really sure or know what products to use to fix it. i use bottled water and have no idea what the Ph is i am using miracle-gro for soil. the plant is 24 days old on 12/12 lighting.
ph if u ask me. should be 6.5. mg soil sucks try foxfarm soil and botanicare nutes may be slight p def but may be caused from ph lock out so test it out
The odds are not favourable for this plant. Heres why: Its only 24 dayz old, not near mature. U have it on a 12/12 schedule. The hormones are struggling to change over as its so young. U have it in MG timed-release soil. Its harsh. I could go on. Im not berating u here. What I stated is true and I honestly am stumped as to what to tell u. How long has it been in 12/12 ??? Are u able to repot into a new, different soil ??? Lets start with that. Maybe this could turn out good. Freak
Well since this was my first grow i put it on 12/12 since seed to try and get quickest results. i guess that wasn't such a good idea. i'm still going to try and replant it in new soil and i'm ordering a ph meter. if it fails fuck it, it was my first try.
Lol. I did that the first time too. U have a good attitude. Youve probably learned alot too. I would repot her and flip the lights back to 18/6 and let her veg for another month. It needs to develop and produce the hormones that it will need for flowering. If u let it grow out, u wont be disappointed. There will be more branches and bud sites. Be patient. I know its hard. Freak
Earlier today i replanted in some dirt cheap top soil(no pun intended) i'm going to go get some perlite this week and replant again because i didn't want it sitting in the mg. I'm not sure how much i can let it grow out since my box in only 19" tall. And can i still switch even though its been on 12/12 since seed and its almost a month old? Thanks Freak!
MG is a good soil. The problem is the timed-release nute thing. It ruins everything. Its great for ornamental house/garden plants. I find it is not good for any fruiting/budding plants. It gives the fruits and vegs a harsh Nitrogeny taste. Weed included - as we do smoke/consume it. Anywayz, Im glad u decided on that gameplan. A typical plant will double - sometimes triple its size until 3/4 the way thru flower. So, as the saying goes...u do the math lol. 9 inches or less, going into flower . Thats ok. Youll get to read up on Fimming and LST, and become an expert. Freak
