So we need specs like temp light distance soil type nutes if any used and how old. Right off the bat id say drill holes in that container and it might be over watered and whats your light schedule.
It kinda looks like some sort of nutrients issue. Are you feeding it already? See how the tips are burned, the leaves curling on the sides and tips and bottom leaves are yellowing?
