Sup blades. I am a college student, and one of my friends and I just got a new house for the upcoming semester. We want to start growing, so as to save us money. Thing is, we only want to grow 1-2 plants at the most. Well I'm sure alooottt of people will tell you the Same thing. But basically. Read read ready and read. Do a lot of research and then if you run into problems. Post or search the forums. As for the tent. It's not complete. You'll still need to get lights, fans, pots. All that good stuff. Which comes back to DIY? Look up (Cash crop 2.0) That's what I'm getting in a few months. http://www.dealzer.com/cash-crop.html Well I havent really figured out how the lighting schedule works for them. you want to keep the lights on a schedule but fans 24/7 so you might want to cntact them thru chatt and see if they got that included. but other than that, a thermometer. see how hot or cold it is and ofcourse. your seeds its a good price for what youre getting. just ready to plant.
Your 2nd option is nothing u wanna ever touch.. lol As for getting a tent yes that is a wonderful idea! And to point you in the right direction, try this link! They are complete kits, with everything you need included. I would try to get atleast a 400watt light. Like this kit here.
DIY is Crazy easy and Crazy cheap. If you want to PM me I can give you some tips. Plus if you DIY you can customize your own size, like you could seriously grow two plants in something that is like 2 ft x 4 ft x 6 ft and it would cost like 35-40 bucks. but if you suck at building, just get the grow tent. Don't get the mini hydro garden, those are crap, just get some pots and soil.
