Sooo I am growing girl scout cookies indoor. I am using a 400 watt MH with 4 200 watt CFL's to make 1200watts spread between 12 plants. It is my 3rd or 4th week into veg. and I suddenly saw yellow burn holes, and white powdery crap on one of my plants as I turned on the lights today. The burn holes are spread throughout multipole leaves on the plant while the white stuff is only on one leaf, but it is covering the leaf. I added nutrients a couple of days ago during watering and have done nothing to them since. The problem just now showed up. I attached a few pics of the problems and would appreciate any help. Thanks for viewing!
So nobody?? Please help. I don't know how to fix this problem, and would greatly appreciate the advice...
Try an search.. Theres a thread here on GC and google works well... Folks dont wanna answer questions that have been answered over an over, or questions that a simple search would answer. Marijuana Plant Abuse
Looks like you overnuted your plants..easy fix just water the next two times. The other leaf looks like you spilled on it...it it is mold just get some organic fungicide...So you added nutes to your soil then you added Flora Nova Grow?
if the white stuff (powder mildew) is on a single leaf. relocate that leaf, to the trash. from my experience, this strain is sensitive to overwatering. the powder mildew infested leaf should be removed. i have had positive results fighting pm with eagle 20. Amazon.com: eagle 20
well in my opinion bro i think they are under nuits, i have over 75 GSC right now and when they yellow up like that i feed them alittle bit of nuits and they seem just fine. i also live in sac too. ive been growing GSC for about 4 months now so i have a tad bit of experience with them lol
Any reflective material that could be burning holes in the babie? Sommetime light get concentrated into beams.that burnem... also if it s mildewy mold just cut the leaf off and toss
No havent been spraying them much at all... only about once a week when the plants are sleeping. I also am not using mylar or any reflective material at the moment. good thought tho. I sprayed the leaf with white on it when in the dark cycle, and the white just ran right off the leaf... Now there are only the yellow spots all over I also watered the plant with no nutrients, only reverse osmosis water last night in case I was nute burning the plant. I will update in a couple hours when I wake them up and see if any changes occurred. Thank you everyone for the input though!!! Still confused, and trying to figure it out, but definitely am getting a better feel for the deficiencies, and problems
you think so? I have been trying to be light on the nutes, but have been confused as hell by all the responses saying it is nute burn... You seem like you know your stuff with GSC. So you think add nutes during next watering for sure?
Not being big headed but u listen to everyone else besides me? I gave u an killer link. You must not want too doo any fucking work - jus lookin for answers. Well good luck too you Unsubscribed.
look good to me, the spots might be nutrient rich solution that got on the leaves. (splashed when watering), Also i've sprayed my plants down with water and had em in the light a little to soon and it looked similar.
I did look at it actually. I was just looking for a quick answer and a quick fix to the burn problem not an essay to read. I had it open on my computer for later... It's rediculous how dicks like you try to prove they are amazing and start shit for no reason on threads... Don't need the negativity. Peace fag
Yes... Possibly there is none. But I wanted to do as much as I could as quickly as possible. I appreciate all the advice I received. So thank you everyone. I will test out a few things and I'm sure the plant will be okay
Do you know what strain this is? The size of. Your leaves and the redness of the stem is really similar to the one single plant I'm growing
