Sublime Appreciation Thread

    Thought it would be cool to get a Sublime thread going. I'm a huge fan of everything they ever did. I've been listening to them forever, and they are my all-time favorite band.

    Their mix of reggae and punk made a sound that no other band can ever replicate. It's such a distinct sound that I wouldn't classify in one genre at all. To me it is just Sublime.

    So I thought it would be cool to get some other Sublime fans posting on here. Videos, favorite songs, stories, whatever, its all good. Or just to pay respect to Brad and Louie.

    Sublime will live on forever!! :smoking:

    to me, most of their popular songs are wayyyyy too played out (everyone i know LOVES sublime)

    Yeah a few of the more popular mainstream songs are kinda overplayed. I listen to everything Sublime though, and I've never gotten sick of it.:smoking:

    I love sublime eric wilson is one of the bassists that inspired me to actually enjoy playing bass...at first it was just something my pops made me do.

    "Badfish" used to make me so sad every time I heard it. Poor Bradley, he just couldn't help himself

    "Santeria" is still one of the best songs I have ever heard

    anything off 40 oz to Freedom is a classic. Sublime FTW.

    Yeah 40 oz. is a classic.

    "Get Ready" from the self-titled album has always been one of my favorites. Lots of good times smoking to that song. :smoking:

    there has been numerous Sublime appreciation threads in the past...buttttt

    I love Sublime.
    I love everything Sublime,... I pretty much listen to them every day
