I wish I had the balls to do that. Lol I can't play my music to more than one person or else I get anxious as fuck. LOL I had this same thought and I actually considered that I was retarded before while high I actually believed it then when I became sober again I thought about it and went "nah...". I think it might be just because a lot of things that we do, that everyone does, seem retarded sometimes.
