k so stupid question...are djarum blacks still illegal? i remember a bunch of crap a couple months ago about how some weird new federal law made them illegal, but i see them in like every single smoke shop i go into? so what gives? i kinda wanna try them, but are they the same as they've always been or is something different?
They were never made illegal. 'Flavored' cigarettes were only banned from sale in the US. You can still buy them online. The ones you see now are cigars. Not cigarettes. They changed the wrapping to bypass the law.
