I've been searching for an hour and can't seem to find what tape to use! I'm looking for tape to seal my grow tent. The air cooled light, ducting, etc. I was using duct tape, but it seems to kind of come loose and not stick to my ducting/tent very well? I got some foil/aluminum tape from the ducting area because I read that on here, however that stuff seems even less reliable than duct tape! I need to know which tape SEALS holes/ducting the best so I can make sure to keep smells from leaking and keeping seals tight! So...which tape?
yea but i dont understand..i keep hearing about the foil or aluminum tape on the ducting aisle and thats the stuff i got, but it doesnt seem to seal at all?? will regular duct tape keep smell from leaking out?? or do i NEED to get gaffa or gorilla tape for this?
I have only used foil or aluminium tape on stovepipe " wood burning stoves " or forced air heating pipes. best to go with something stickier and less expensive. grins and smiles
