Stunted seedlings

    Hello
    My seeds are about a week old. They sprouted and were looking good but the last 4 days they have not changed. Planted 10 seeds but only 3 sprouted so I really want these to work!!
    They are under a T5 24 hours a day, germinated in a root riot pellet, using distilled water, the humidity is 85% and the temp is 77.

    did you germinate the seeds before planting them? I used bag seed and got at least an 80% germination by just putting the seeds in a wet paper towel in a plastic bag for a day near a heater.

    Should be able to get em closer to a t5.

    Your soil looks like mud.......no oxygen for the roots will result in slow growth.
    I suggest adding 30% perlite to your soil when you transplant.
    The plant on the left still has the seed shell and membrane attached......mist it with water to soften the membrane and gently remove it with a toothpick or tweezers.

    Yeah, for 4 I did the wet paper towel and 6 I soaked in a cup of water. These all came from the cup of water
