Stunted Growth

  1. We planted 12 days ago and at first she was growing extremely fast and now, it seems like no progress. We could just be very impatient, but I'm still worried. The leaves seem to be growing, but the height isn't. Its only its on its second set of true leaves so far. Also its planted in a very shallow pot, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

  2. Looks a bit wilted. How often are you watering?

  3. I routinely see a near halt in exposed growth at this point in a seedlings development. It seems that after establishing an initial top, the plant redirects it's energy into expanding it's root network, before returning it's attention to foliage. This is just my own theory based on what I've observed in seedling foliage/root growth. At this point the root system can become much larger than than what's above ground.

Having said that, your seedling is looking a little droopy. But sometimes they just do that.
