    Hi,

I am growing "Wedding Cake Automatic (Zamnesia Seeds) feminized" and "Gorilla Glue Auto (FastBuds) feminized" but experiencing a stunt grow in week 4 but plants are so small.

After reading days and get support from a friend, I setup my grow tent which includes:
    - 120x120x200 cm Grow Tent
    - 2 x ZNET4 full spectrum Leds (each 145 W, equivalent to 1000 W HPS, according to the descriptions on the Amazon)
    - 5 x 3 Gallon Fabric Pots (2 seeds planted 1 week later so follows 1 week behind)
    - Humidifier
    - Fan
    - Extractor for 320 m3/h and has 2 output levels (45W / 65W).

    My current tent stats:

    - Humidity %50-55
    - Temp 22-26 Celcius
    - Extractor works at 65W always
    - Fan always as well.
    - Plants are on a grill so that they can get air down below also.
    - My light schedule was 18 hours on and 6 hours off but I have recently changed to 20 on and 4 off.
    - I am following auto-flower nutrient schedule that I found on 2fast4buds.com (Advanced Nutrients Feeding Chart For Autoflowers | Usage Guide | Fast Buds).
    - Watering currently: 250/300 ml per plant every 2nd day.
    - My water pH levels are between 6 and 6,5.
    - I didn't give base nutrients to my plants first 3 weeks because the soil was already fertilised for 3 weeks. Other than that, I follow the nutrient schedule above in the link / attached its pic also.

    My mistakes:
    - I was overwatering (500ml daily, although the soil was never muddy!) my plants due to one of the popular seed seller guide and lack of information online. I research about water I guess around 1 week, day and night reading, even call U.S. to get some support via phone. I added my own grow diary, 2Fast4Buds' nutrition schedule. I know my grow diary looks weird but I was really trying to figure out. lol.
    - I did also low stress training, again my fault and the information I gather from good sources, as in general you can start the LST in 3rd week or when plants reach 15-20 cm. So I did but I didn't notice that my plant had already grow problem. Anyways, I removed the wires again from the 2 plants. I only have one plant currently in LST.
But other than these 2 mistakes, everything was according to the plan.

I wonder whether someone can help me to understand what can be the issue of slow grow. I wish I could read books about it but I am doing my master degree and don't have any time for it. I would appreciate your input on my mistakes and recommendations.

    Thank you so much,
    Seth

p.s. for some reason I couldn't upload my grow diary. Sorry.

  2. Your first mistake was picking autos for your first grow........and you found out why.
Autos have a predetermined life, and any growth problems will adversely affect the yield.
Beginners almost always have problems, which make autos the wrong choice........they're great once you learn how to grow plants without issues.

There are two main reasons for slow growth:
Starting in a large container.........it makes maintaining the proper moisture level a challenge.
Over watering..........roots require a lot of oxygen for fast growth.

    A pic would help.
    Welcome to GC.

  3. First of all, thank you for your reply. I was told otherwise because they said ruderalise genes make it sturdier but I realised as you said there is almost no time to recover from mistakes. I will try photoperiod as you suggest. Here are some pics with flash. I watered them today after 2 days. I check with the measure device and it showed that soil was 2 out 8 (or 10) dry. I also added a pic to show my setup. The distance between lights and the plants. Can you see any problem with the plant? I would appreciate your input :)
