Aight, On monday right. One of my closet homeboys got robbed at gunpoint for a lil over two ounces. Both dudes got busted with the two ounces by police that night. My homeboys girl went to the police and said these dudes pulled a gun on me and my boyfriend/babys daddy. Now its in the paper. 'A 15-year old Detroit resident is being charged with two felondy counts of robbery and will stand trial as an adult. Lil Gordy(thas what everyone knows him by, Ive known this cat for years), Will be charged with assault with intent to rob while armed and felony use of a firearm for attempting to rob another Detroit resident at so n so liqour store. Police said Lil Gordy knew his victim, And allegdy called beforehand to buy marijuana. The victim said he never intended to sell lil gordy the drug, But Lil Gordy was apprehended with 2 ounces of marijuana. At the time the victim was cashing his paycheck. Police said Lil Gordy pulled out a handgun and demanded his money. The victims girlfriend, (My homegirl), Pleaded with lil gordy to not rob the couple because they needed the money to feed their 12 day old daughter, Who was in the car. According to police they left with only the marijuana. The maximum sentence each could recieve is life improsoment. Lil Gordy has a lengthy police record, With seven OPEN cases pending, Including past narcotic charges and grand theft auto charges.' Now that aient word for word, I changed Lil Gordys real name to Lil Gordy. But most of it is word for word. Hahah, Lil punks but to be spending time with the big boys.
I hope he enjoys federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison. Anyone know what movie I took this from? (or rather, anyone NOT know?...)

Am I the only one who has noticed everybody gets life imprisonment for pretty much everything these days? I believe Canada is a 25 year maximum, then you can pull parole. I would think 25 years is punishment enough. I'm not sure about the validity of these numbers. GCanadians, help me out here!
Your right, the small amount of time I've unfortunately spent in just the county jail sucked. I was in there for only 6 days, i could only imagine a year, or even 25 years of that. In all honesty 25 years is more than enough for the crime this kid did, but there are crimes that do deserve life in prison. It's simple don't do the crime and you won't have to worry about doing the time.. They know what they are getting them selfs into, so if it is life they get, than so be it. -Dave
I hate the fact that weed is involved whatsoever because that not only hurts legalization but it also a rare occurance...most of these type of things happen with coke or narcotics.
Kid doesn't deserve that harsh a punishment. I'd say 2 years at most. I know a kid who just got out of prison for shooting some guy in the nuts. He did 3 years for assault with a deadly weapon and he was over 18 at the time. And these fuckers want to try a 15 year old as an adult and possibly get him life for a stupid ass mistake? The legal system in this country is fucked up.
Well that's what i was kinda trying to say, that he def. doesn't deserve life for this, 25 would be extreme. I just don't understand how a kid who is that young can be tried as an adult, but yet not given the privileges of an adult. Until your 18 you shouldn't be tried as an adult because you are in fact a child.. That law pisses me off.. And yea that kid made a stupid mistake, and hopefully he will learn from it, 2 years would be a decent amount for him... Damn kids -Dave
