So Im stuck on Sri lanka with little to no bud. I only smoked once so far and it was 500 rupees ($5 canadian) for a small sealed packet of bud, it was about a .3, Supposedly before it used to be cheap but because of the narcotics unit they've been busting more people causing the prices to rise. Any Sri lanka tokers here?
