Alright my friend is going to go to missouri to go get some acid. The funny thing about this is he is buying it for $40 per hit, not per sheet. I dont understand how this is possible. $40/hit is just way way too high of a price for acid. no one would pay that. thats alomst 3x markup. So im thinking the only possible way its legit enough is that it's super strong. Like hardcore dose. Discuss.

Acid here is $7 and up to $13 when my town is running a little dry. I've never even heard of anything over $20 so he must be getting ripped off someway or another.
I've done acid three times and I always paid $5-7 a hit. I don't know how you can tell if it's real before you buy it, but it's so rare, at least in my area, that it is probably worth $40 for 2-3 hits. I don't think I would pay $40 for one hit though. If you get some good acid, then you will gladly pay $40 for 2-3 hits. That's all you need to have a fun trip, especially if it's your first trip.
Shit... Make that 1,600+. A $10 hit should be able to make you trip with only 1 hit (meaning it has 400+ micrograms of LSD on it - as it takes 400 micrograms in order to have open-eyed visuals) I was getting $10 hits that gave open-eyed's with 1 hit... And from what I can tell, that seems to be about average for GOOD acid... It sounds to me like your friend is getting burned pretty hardcore... Unless the hits are bigger than your average hits???
Ive never done acid, and nobody ever has any real stuff. Ive always heard 12$ but all i was sayin is that if you had some real windowpane or something you could probly charge as much as you want
Whats up with all this talk about not having "real" stuff? There's no other substance that works just like LSD ... if you're buying acid its acid.. I guess I don't understand?
There are other chemicles, that are hallucinogenic in nature, that can be passed as "acid." Their affects usually resemble weaker doses of acid. You usually have to eat a larger amount, and won't trip as hard. I've found that not a whole lot of people can really tell the difference, so they think that they have the real stuff - when in actuallity (sp?), they don't... They have a weaker substitution, like LSA for example. REAL acid will have you tripping balls. It doesn't take a whole lot (maybe 2-3 hits) for a 12-24 hour trip (as it is the strongest known hallucinogen on the planet). That shit you get that only makes things appear to breathe, and only lasts 4-6 hours isn't acid (or it's VERY weak/diluted)...
I can get 8 hits for $40...and 2 of these hits have me tripping for 12 hours or greater...last time I took 2 at 7pm...kicked in around 8:30...and I was flying high until around 730am...it was an amazing night. $40 a hit? Tell him not to waste his time.
