You just need to add a few more CFLs/lights and move the plants a bit closer and make sure they have a light breeze blowing on them. GooD LucK
What Greenbudz said Drop those light to near touching without burning them Add more lighting asap There is no wrong age to add a fan to a grow I keep mine on from seed to finish Also when you transplant them you can bury most of the stem to help keep them standing
...I would transplant and bury most of the stems...GET RID OF THE INCANDESCENT BULB, IT'S NO COUNT....get more cfls and put them about 2-4 inches away from your plants.
Ya that incandescent is absolutely worthless. Go buy some bright white cfls from the drugstore. They are like 7 bucks. And as long as they aren't touching the plants they should be as close as possible.
