Strawberry in Sunshine.

  1. Strawberry cough momma just got out of hand(hydro). Not enough height or light to keep my perpetual and her going without slaying ounces of potential bud sites... so.. let's have fun and experiment with some real SUNSHINE! Outside she goes.

So.. from an overly dense root ball in a 5 gallon.. into a (about 350ppm/6.5ph of who the fuck knows!) 30 gallon she goes, in an attempt to bubble the roots loose without trim and wash some of the nute stain/buildup (specifically b52) before transplanting to soil. I'll fill it a little at a time with water. Trial and error.

Throw me some simple mixes to get her started. Planning on just dumping in some pro mix or something similar and adding some top dressings or brews later unless someone wants to chime in! Helps always appreciated.

Either way. Tag along! Watch her thrive or die :weed:

  2. Thank gosh for 7 years of practice gently brushing through my daughters curly hair..

Seemingly lost all the real thin root fibers that were growing EVERYWHERE trying to detangle. They all just started falling off haha. But in general the roots are separating and maintaining. Prob gonna need a few days of bubbling in the 30gallon before I shock her to heck with real sun and soil. 20210531_164225.jpg 20210531_173750.jpg

  3. Shes was pretty droopy yesterday but that was expected after all the stress. Going to take a bit to get the watering right because regardless of how spread out the roots are they will take some time to mend into the dirt.
