Strange situation, need help from probation people and quick fix users

    Whats up guys, I got a weird one here. I got arrested back on April 9th for a dui. Kept smoking till the end of April and haven't smoked since. I have to go to group counseling sessions now for another month but I've been going for about 4 months now. And they drug test me there, now I'm lucky the guy is very lenient about failing the tests, but it has been 4 MONTHS since I have touched weed and I am still coming up positive for THC(I am 180lbs). It's impossible to convince this guy I am not using, and can easily get discharged unsuccessfully if I keep failing them. Ok no forget that for a second, I can use quick fix for that. But now my problem is that I got on Pre-trial Diversion program, which is what it says a diversion program for first time offenders over 18, I'm sure different states have different names for it if they have one. I am going in to have my first meeting with my officer and I was told I am going to be drug tested. Now im assuming they use the strip test because I dont think they have a lab in the back room.

    So question 1: When using quick fix for the strip tests does it have to be up to temp? I've used it before to get a job at a lab, but I want to know if the strip will be able to tell its cold or do I not have to worry about burning the hell out of my leg by taping it there with the heating pad.

    Question 2: I know no one is going to be able to answer this question FOR SURE but anyone who has been on a diversion program, do they watch you piss? I am going to bring it in taped to my leg so that If I have a chance to use it in the bathroom I can, but if they watch me I guess I'll have to hope for the best. But can I get some input on how your drug test went?

    I have 2 buddy's that have been on the same program as me, one said he didnt get watched while he had to piss (arrested for marijuana) and another buddy thats on it now (arrested for possession of marijuana) who said they didnt even test him. They also told me that they only test you once and never again, but I'm sure if I fail the first test they are going to test me again. So someone help me out.

    And anyone ever heard of someone still coming up positive for THC after not smoking for 4 MONTHS?! Obviously this sounds ridiculous but I would have no reason to lie online, seriously have not smoked for 4 months and I keep coming up positive, its driving me nuts.

    I was also in the same situation as you I hadnt blazed in months and because i weighed 185 and didnt excersise often i always failed. My best advice is to keep telling the truth that you havent been smoking and you have more fat for the thc to chill in. My probation officer was cool when i failed my test i had just come off house arrest for 4 months so i told him i have had o excersise and that i was fat and he just let me go

    Depending on how long you have smoked, and how much you smoked, it can actually take more than 6 months for everything to clear out of your system. Your probably gonna have to take steps to pass the test some other way.

    i had a test done on my hair and they still found traces of thc ,8 MONTHS after id last smoked .

    I thought hair could tell usage from 6 months up to like a year, so I don't think thats too unusual. maybe I'm mistaken though.

    Everyones body is different though, I smoked like near everyday, with 2-3 day breaks here and there, for like 2-3 years, and i quit for a month and a half and I passed. I never excersized or anything either. Actually played ddr for 45 the first day of quitting bc I was gonna work out more to clean out, but I'm lazy.

    that sucks man, i actually had to go to rehab awhile back and they watched me pee if they do really the only way to pass it is be clean (which your in a bad situation) or buy a whizzinator (http://www.whizzinator.com/) i have a friend who used one for 3 yrs while he was on probation and never failed one test.

    If they dont send me a pm and ill give you some more info on how to pass a drug test, ive had to do it many times.

    and btw guys if they hair test you they can take it from anywhere on your body and it shows any drug not just marijuana you have done and shows up for years it sucks.

    yeah i was talking to a friend earlier about the hair tests and he reckons they can tell everything youve had in your blood stream in the last 10 years , dont know how true that is but they certainly found everything id taken after 8 months of being clean .

    Quick fix qorked for me, the line was a little thin for THC which was weird, but it was bold as fuck for all other drugs so it was A ok!

    Thanks for the replies guys, I know that quick fix works, I've used it before but im getting nervous, I have my test tomorrow, anyone ever been on a diversion program? What was your expierence with them, not rehab or probation, diversion program. Im going to take quick fix in, I have to go tomorrow, im going to tape it to the outside of my boxers and hold it in between my nuts, fits perfect and doesnt move when you walk. The only thing Im afraid of is the person patting my down or telling me to pull my pants down. If I have to piss I'll piss like if there sitting there looking at my dick, Im not going to go to jail for failing, just get sentenced to more counseling which would SUCK. But im scared of her some way seeing the thing taped to my boxers. What do you guys think?

    so I brought quickfix in but they ended up watching me piss at the urinal so I had to piss, and i passed! Huge relief kidna weird how I passed that one though and failed the one at my counseling for 4 months straight.
