Strange side effect?

    I just recently started smoking again with my new boyfriend.  He used to smoke as well.  I was very surprised when he decided to mention that just recently within 24 hours of smoking he will get a bloody nose.  Has anyone else heard of this?  I'm a little worried.

    Marijuana can elevate the heart rate, increasing blood pressure I would assume. So if he is susceptible to bloody noses that could be a possible cause.

    Yeah but it doesn't usually happen until the next day and he never got them before.
