1st time grower, read many books done alot of research and my question is to the experienced growers, what strain would a recommendation be for a 1st grow? 250w hps in a 3x3 tent
Feminized Northern lights or a cross of northern lights like double berry - from reputable seed dealer. Dont buy autos if you can - you cant take clones.
I would recommend more light. At least 400w in that tent if not 600. Lots of really good beginner strains out there. The hog is a good yielding cannabis cup winner(best indica) of afghani origins supposed to be a good beginner strain.
if the light is already purchased and you dont wanna get a different one at the moment i would go with some autos since they are more tollerant to noob mistakes no offense and with autos you can get regular strains and learn how to sex plants and that would also let the posibility of creating seeds for a future grow
