Strains for sleeping and anxiety

    I've been using medical marijuana for about 3 years now for sleep and anxiety and I've come across a couple strains that really help regularly that i can almost rely on, but i am pretty new to growing. So what strains have you guys come across that have helped the most with you or your patients sleeping and or anxiety? also is there anything i can do in the growing process to give the weed a more sleepy effect.

    Indica leaning strains like grand daddy purple or really any kush variety would work best, stay away from sativas like the plauge. Also harvest a bit later than normal when the trichomes take on a more amber look, at this point some of the thc converts into cbn which has a more relaxing and sedating stone.
