Hey!!! My grow space will be empty soon so it’s time to plan for what’s next. I have only ever stuck to 1strain at a time, but I would like to run 3 different strains at once. Anyone with any opinions or recommendations to what will grow well together. I’m mainly worried about having height and stretching problem, I know every plant varies so any input would be great. Thanks everyone!!
Grow 1 strain at a time or you will have height and strech issues. You can grow anything together but having to water at different times, flowers growing different heights and flowers finishing not at the same time create a lot of problems. Just my 2 cents Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

I bet you could run holy Grail from Dna genetics, pineapple Express from G13 Labs, and Afghan kush special from world of seeds. All consistently vigorous. Similar size. Finish within a week or two of each other.
Size and an even canopy are mostly about training. Here are 3 plants; Jack Herer - front right, Liberty Haze - front left and Peyote Critical - back left. They vegged for 9 weeks before 12/12 and are now at day 15 of flower. They're all at about 40" from soil and almost done with stretch. Each scrog area is 54" x 28".
flowers finishing not at the same time, to me is a plus I normally cannot harvest 3 decent sized plants at once anyways , least not with wet trimming
Nice!!! If only I had this amount of space!! I’m having a struggle with one of my rooms at the moment, I have 4in there, all cookies kush. 1 of them must be a different pheno because it’s lagging behind the rest and she seems a lot more compact than the others and hasn’t stretched nearly as much. I don’t know if you can tell but it’s the back left 1.
I can see the benefit from this!! Have you ever harvested a single plant in 2 half’s? Like the top half 1st and the lower half some days later? I havnt tried this but have read about it someplace before.
Anything is possible! Mostly, I was just trying to show that with time and training you can enforce the height and girth of the plant as you want it to be. Yeah man, I feel pretty fortunate to have this space available. If I only had a tent though, I'd probably just grow 1 plant as a big Bertha like these.
Think shes possibly one of my favourites too. I just went with the 1last time and was impressed so I’ve gone for 4this time. Sometimes feel like I’ve bitten off more than I can chew though. Have you or anybody tried “blue gelato #41”? This is due for harvest soon and am excited to see what she’s like. I’d never even heard of this strain be4 I had them gifted to me.
yeah when I have multiple large plants I will focus on all the larger top bud sites first then the following weekend I will pass over the lower smaller bud sites
