Strain choice help for a medical user

Hi! Its great to here this. I am on gabapentin and muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories daily Plus I have a medical marijuana card here in Illinois. You need a little CBD but not too much. When growing any strain you can produce CBD. During the last stages of flowering you allow the crystals to turn Amber about 30% of the plant. Just remember milky means high THC Amber means High CBD. The longer you wait to harvest the more CBD you will get. One of my images you will notice the milky look im talking about. I am a huge Autoflower fan. You get the SAME quality (auto are not what the used to be) but in a little over 2 months instead of 4 to 5. All so you don't have to worry about light schedule and they are very resilient to mold and mess ups on feeding. Don't hesitate to check out organic Autos make good sense thread. Ps one of my autos will yield over a pound greenhouse grow. It is directly in the ground

If Cannabis works for your particular pain it likely won't matter what strain it is.
It's all about the THC for me. CBD doesn't do shit for my issue.
Gabapentin = Water... Useless crap.
Aspirin does way more then that crap does.

I grow only autos, and seek out those that are good for sleep.
For me there is a significant difference between sativas and indicas.
Most indicas help with my sleep, and a few do it very well.
Sativas work to a certain extent, but sleep is shorter, less restful, and less satisfying.

Autos Bubba Kush, Northern Lights, and almost any strong indica from mephisto work well for me.

I was on gabapentin when I started smoking pot again after 30 years of no. All cannabis, any strain is going to help with your problem. I threw a whole bottle of gabapentin in the trash once I got my closet grow. The challenge is growing it. I am an auto evangelist, so I always recommend autos for many reasons. The one that got me off alcohol was a Photo called Godbud, but the one that got me off gabapentin was Dutch Passion auto mazar, and that is an easy grower any beginner can grow. It is short and good all around pain killer. You still feel the pain, but it does not register in your mind as unpleasant. Strains come and go, but consider growing autos. You keep them all under the same long light schedule, so you can plant a new seed anytime and stagger your harvest.

 

The BubbaKush auto I've grown is from Dinafem, but any good breeder should have a good version of it.
Mephisto (autos only and closed for a few days) doesn't have that specific strain, but they do have lots of good sleepy strains.
