I know this belongs in Music Hall but I want as many people to see this as possible. This man does not deserve to be arrested. He was looking out for his own and his bands safety Free Randy Please, help spread the word.
My apologies for not replying sooner. Thread got deleted and moved. The band Lamb of God was playing a show in Prague and a fan rushed and jumped on stage. Ever since what happened to Dimebag Darrel from Pantera, fans jumping on stage is a no-no. So basically Randy pushed the guy off stage to protect him and his band. Unfortunately the guy fell wrong and later died. It should be chalked up as an accident and left at that
accidents can be manslaughter man you need to read up on manslaughter before saying it isnt a crime to accidentally kill someone..... haha and if LOG honestly thinks, we think, they fear a super drunk unarmed fan, then they are the biggest pussies of metal and he pushed him off stage more than once, he was aware he was harmless after the first push off.... Like, if you kill someone in a car, its vehicular manslaughter lol, doesnt matter how much of an accident it was, thats LEGALLY, what it was ringing bells yet? lol
also let me just clarify, i dig lamb of god lol. I just dont believe because lots of people like you or your music you deserve special treatment he broke the law, his actions directly lead to that kid dying, if this had been some local band, the kid would have already been fucking charged lol
Yeah I agree with you completely on both posts. I don't have any idea how the laws in Prague work though. I've heard that they're a lot tougher than here. I wouldn't go so far as to call them pussies though. What if he had a gun, what if? Again, I'm telling people wha to believe, I just want to spread the word.
I don't know, that guy wasn't supposed to be on stage. If it wasn't the first time they pushed him off, then why didn't he get the message? Dude sounds like a major idiot. If he didn't want to be pushed, he would have stayed off the stage. That's like me running out to the middle of the road and sitting down. If I get hit by a car, I kind of deserve whatever happens to me because of it. The driver does not. Unfortunately, our legal system will blame the driver as well as this band member.
Yeah I feel like the whole think was a shitty situation all around. All could've been prevented with decent security.
No no, I didn't say they ARE, I said if they think, we think etc etc, then they are lol I doubt they feared that dude at all, that's all publicity shit and legal matter. If they up and said "na fuck that pussy we woulda beat his ass" then they wouldn't have much to go on in court "oh so if he didn't die you woulda whooped his ass, huh?" Hahaha not a good look Though when DB got shot that was sketch and it does make sense it would be a scary situation, but that was a crazed pantera fan, who thought dimebag caused panteras downfall so he shot him, when really phils drug addiction caused them to break up, that guy was just fucking nuts and he got his justice served instantly Off topic almost on topic rant... hahahha
Ohh okay haha. But ya, ever since that happened to DB, bands are just extra worried shit like that could happen again. But the way I see this whole situation was really just one big shitty situation that unfortunately resulted in a death. Had there been proper barricades and security, the kid would have never made it on stage.
the dude who killed dimebag, ran through the crowd and left the building only to be greeted by a fury of buckshot to the face
Oh yeah, they fucked him up haha. The guy himself used a handgun. Unfortunately I've seen the footage
yeah thats some pretty shitty footage. he totally just walks up on stage from the side and its no big deal and he pulls out his gun and shoots. who knows what Dimebag would have been doing right now if he was still alive. we could have had pantera back for all we know. as for Randy.. the dude shouldnt be jailed. he had several people rush up and get pushed off already. the guy knew he was going to be pushed off, and still decided to do it anyways. all that happened was he fell wrong and hit his head. the only person responsible is here is the guy who died. he knew the risks, he took it, turns out hes not very good at falling.
Diggin the Avi haha. But ya, it was fucked up to watch. From what I heard DB was one of the nicest people ever. Too bad, and yeah, he'd probably be doing something huge if he was still alive. Good to see his brother is still playing. Actually saw Hellyeah perform with Lamb of god about 2 weeks ago. But ya, had the LOG show had better security, that kid would've never gotten on stage in the first place.
Yeah, I've gotta agree; although I really don't like stagediving or anything like that, a lot of other people do. And no matter what I think its pretty fucked up to just push someone right off stage, especially off one that's quite tall (I assume it was, at least). I mean, I've seen people get tossed off stage before but this is at small venues where the stage is at best 5 feet off the ground. The fact is an innocent person was killed because this guy felt the need to look like Mr. Badass in front of an audience. Not cool.
Nah, it was a normal stage, smaller venue lol from the vid And the dude was removed from the stage numerous times lol. I don't think he should be dead but he did kinda walk into it. Still randy's fault
