Storm Tonight

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by cardcon, Aug 30, 2019.

  1. Looking for advice a storm came through tonight and took out a major branch off my white widow mother that is around six feet tall. Ripped from about 3 feet up all the way down to the bottom of the stalk until the weight of the branch hit the ground. Its about 2 weeks into flower maybe 3.

What is the best way to take care of the steam or plant ? Just cut that branch off and wrap something around the stalk?

    Thanks

  2. how "much" of the stalk did it take?? you can either repair it.....or cut your losses and take what broke...

  3. Not much I would say it ripped down the main stalk about 18" and I would say its like a 16th deep like peeling the skin back on the main stalk.

  4. I had 2 branches come down last night during heavy rain. One I repaired with electrical tape as it was split like yours and has a good chance of recovery. The other was a clean break so had to take loss and harvest. If you already repaired it then you should be ok.
