That's an old-school idea, man. All storage places have controls in place to prevent this, because it was a problem at one time. Buying your own container, now that's another story! One can be had for less than a big grow tent! (needs a lot of work before it's ready, but they do make killer grow spaces.)
I seen a video where someone had a personal storage container they put underground. It looked cool, and my first thought, That'd be an awesome idea for a grow space.
