stipules/calyxs?

  1. my plants are a month old today and are getting 14 hours of light per day. (my area has a quick flowering season) anyway i am assuming they are in pre flower now due to the formation of stipules in between the nodes and was wondering how long it should take before i can determine sex of the plants?:confused::confused: btw they are on leaf set 6 or 7 and are about 20 inches to 24 inches tall

  2. Shouldn't be long now. Most plants start budding in a few weeks and the preflowers will come before that. Just be patient, as hard as that is.

  3. From the calyx, look for 2 pistils (female) or a single downward pointing dongle (male)
