I have DIY sticky buds setup with a 30 gallon res, which I keep chilled. And I'm running mucho lights, 7 - 400 watt hps and MH combo. I was spraying every 15 minutes for about 30 seconds, but now I have it at 2 minutes on, 2 hours off, and then off all night. Does this sound about right ? What do other people run, my room temp is about 68 at night and 80 during daytime. This is in the flowering stage. The current strain is big bang, with soon to be adding white widow, tangerine dream, and ak-48. Any unforeseen problems. This isn't my first grow, just not this scale or aero. Only hydro drip and dwc. Btw, only about 3 of the lights are focused on this setup. I also has DWC and soil going.
what are you using to cool your res? im looking for something cheap that can do the job, was thinking of putting ice blocks in during the day if it get too hot but im sure there is a cheap trick...

All the time and energy ( electricity used to freeze the water ) wasted with ice ( which melts in what feels like 30 seconds ) ur actually tossing money out the window. Just invest in a 1/4 HP chiller.
Those stinkbud units aren't designed to retain any real amounts of water in the rails... I built one a few years back and have grown with aeroflo units -- leave the pump on 24/7 -- your plants will appreciate it greatly and reward you generously.
My aero setup is on 24/7 unless I flush then its down for 20 min the growth rate is out of this world
No No No! crap im sorry i caught you so late but im sure you probly fixed the problem pretty fast already. You have to have watering cycles going on for the night as well! otherwise your suspended root will wither, dry , die! then after water commences they will have no absorbtion ability and the plant will suffer greatly. Then as new roots pop out they old brown ones will develop root rot unless removed :/ K sorry just had to say that, been there done that and was sad to read that you initially made the same mistake i once upon a time questioned n suffered through as well. Im sure you did great tho, how did it all go for you?
