Why not rawhide? That's all I have ever given my dogs and nothing bad ever happened to them. :) Good morning Master Stiggy and Phil and Miss Heavn. :)

  7. Well the ones from china are no good, they use poison to process them, and then I heard the glue used to hold them together is bad for the ones made elsewhere also something to do with the way they bleach them now during processing.
I have used them in the past and had a dog choked out on one
had to reach down his throat and pull the pieces out, if I had not been there he would have died.

  8. Pig ears, pig snout, big fat leg soup bone. All which everyone says omg don't give. I gave my dog all that and horse hoof trimmings. They also sell hooves. I'd go with the bone n stuff myself, I mean better than the sofa....

  11. Calcium chew bones, no plastic!!
    No real bones!!!
Very bad for little puppy tummies.

They are annoying to find but the nylon shit gets ingested and is bad for em.

A durable squeeky ball is good too but keep an eye on that to make sure he's not taking off chunks.

Rope toys might be good for play

My cousins have a dog that's a few years old already and still chews like a pup. He has chewed his way through even the most durable plastic toy.

Real bones splinter when eaten and they are unable to be digested by most animals and those splinters can lodge in the intestines or stomach and cause infections or serious tears.

This applies to people too btw, I know a few folks who like to chew bones.

  17. He really went all out in that distillation setup. Although I heard if you add a few bits of coiled copper tubing it lets the steam cool before it reaches the end letting you get more back.

I saw that when I was looking in to distilled water setups.

Still so cool he set all this up! Very nice BNW.

  18. That small left hand pot has the condensing coil under water so it's enough temp differential to give me a solid output. I know what I started with and can judge just about exactly when it's gonna spit the first bit of water.
Holds right at 70-80C right till the end. When it slides past 80C I can expect the water to cloud the output any second.
