  1. Crap! Before I went to sleep last night Kamala Harris was ahead by 0.2%. This morning I checked and Cooley has pulled ahead by 0.3%. Cooley is not only uncool with MMJ, he could be a major damper on any 2012 initiative.

  2. how could he stop a 2012 initiative?

  3. If Cooley is elected, medical patients are going to wish they hadn't voted NO on Prop 19. You thought you were protecting your medical program, well now you might not have MMJ OR legalization. Good job California.

  4. Hey Brah - here's the official current count on California SOS:

  5. Absolutely correct Purplecow - this is not good. Cooley is up now by 22,817 votes. I live in San Bernardino County and Prop 19 was opposed 58.6% to 41.4%. They've been shutting down dispensaries left and right here and with those results on 19, the politicians may sway heavily against MMJ.
