Stealth smokers, Any tips on taking bud out?

    Ok, So I got so much of my stealth smoking procedure down.

    I have my Odor eliminator fan thing, smoke buddies, fabreeze,lysol (out of ozium),

    just to fucking get caught because my first pick up from the dispensary was so skunky, it stuck to my body or something, and my mom said she could smell it through out the house -_O

    Is a candle really the only way? I just cant make up a random excuse for lighting a candle other then my parents and brother speculating that I just smoked weed.

    So any ideas how to go about concealing the smell of the BUD in a room?

    Or if its really only candle is there some sure fire candle taht will work?

    A candle isn't a surefire method either, it just might help a bit. :p

    It will help reduce the smell if you keep your weed in a relatively air tight container, like a mason jar for instance.

    If you have a smoke buddy, I believe they're only made for a certain amount of uses, so make sure whatever filters are in there are still working properly. Otherwise, a sploof is another option.

    You might want to consider just smoking outside, though. If your parents know the smell of weed pretty well, it might be hard to hide it no matter how many methods you try. ;)

    I do smoke outside, its getting the weed out, and packing a bowl, or rolling a join that gets me caught =(

    I had an OZ of some high mids I bought off my dealer, then I got to excited from my new one selling 100 for half oz I was like deals, and got my self a half oz along with 3g of bho.

    When I went home realized the mason jar just barely fit it all but it still stink even through 2 zip lock bags over it.

    The Half oz of bud I got was self breed one called Academics, super stinky

    I got caught at night, reason was it reeked whole house.

    and then i got caught this morning just from opening a film canister with maybe 2 small nugs. and she said she could smell it,

    My cousin that i use as a watch out, like if any smell seeks through he would tell me and He told me right after I opened it.

    if your mom seems to already know and you have a legitimate prescription why do you have to hide it?

    What if you just don't open it inside? :confused:

    Get a decently air tight container to store it in, and don't open it in your house at all. Take it outside with you when you want to smoke. :confused_2:

    Or just buy shittier weed, 'cause that shit sounds dank. Smelling up the whole house and all. ;):p

    I used to have to be ridiculously careful about getting caught and what I would do is I had a small mason jar that fit up to 5 grams but was super airtight, and when I went to take a bud out, I had a tiny Hawaiian Breeze brand fan in my window like actually up against the screen, then I would have my grinder already open right behind the fan before I opened the jar also right behind the fan and I would put the nug straight in the grinder and close it and the jar as fast as possible and then grind my bud and empty it on a piece of printer paper right behind the fan and pack my bowl quickly. I also kept a blanket under my door and sprayed ozium BEFORE opening the jar. Remember, proactive not reactive. Good luck.

    Also, I had the window close tight against the fan if that makes sense. Like the fan actually sat on the frame of the window, not just the sill. Just make sure the wind isn't blowing in through your window and if it is, one thing I found that helps is to get a blanket and hang it over a curtain rod above the window and have the window hold the blanket between it and the fan to keep the smell from coming back in.

    The thing about taking it outside and doing it is, only reason I didn't do that is because to me it seems really skecthy is that actually ok to do? I dont really know its windy as fuck here too so thats also another reason.

    When I was taking T Breaks in between smoking, I would ask my dealer to give me his fruitiest smelling buds, and they would normally be mids or above mids. It usually never got me blasted unless I smoke a lot of it after becoming a daily toker.

    So Only dank and Oils for me.

    Yea even with my med card my parents don't want the smell at home haha there fine with me smelling it.

    I guess the only is to walk outside, pack the bowl then walk back in.

    Ps. Is grinded weed stinkier then the buds? (No time to test sorry) Just asking as I can grind it then put it in a tick tack box and pour it into the bowls, mflb, bong, ect...

    I don't know if it's sketchy or not... do the MMJ laws in Seattle regulate against smoking in public?

    Do you have a back yard that you can smoke in without your parents getting upset?

    Ground weed will probably be stinkier, for sure.

    Ground bud does bring out the smell more but it hits better imo.

    Smoking the herb isn't the problem.

    Its the bud it self that makes me get caught, Like If I touched a bud and it was sticky the smell stays on my finger and I didn't know weed can get stuck on your clothing (unsmoked) I always thought people just ment the SMOKE of marijuana sticks to you.

    I think my best bet is just a candle to atlease cover up the bud smell, Its probably the only way other then going outside to take the bud out and grind it put it in bowl, then walk back inside, or walk my dog.

    What do you do when you need to take a bud out to grind/smoke?

    thats the part im trying to FOOL proof my self on, if its even possible (other then going outside) I was hoping theres some sort of food or product that smells similar to marijuana i can use as an excuse.

    Are the candles you have made of magic or what? :p

    Candles don't eliminate weed smell. It's just another thing to help cover up the smell. But it's not 100% going to eliminate the smell.

    So they're fine with you smelling like weed, but not fine with their house smelling like weed, right? :confused:

    Have you tried talking with them about it? Explaining that you're trying to cover up the smell as much as you can, but your weed is just very smelly? Maybe ask them if they have any ideas about what you can do to make them feel better about it?

    My body cant stink also, basically if im at home, I cant smell like marijuana it isn't because of my parents side, its because of the Visitors, our uncles and aunts are nazi on this type of stuff not marijuana but Gossiping and talking shit.

    Im trying to cover it up, because of those random visitors what I use to do was just stay in my room and locked the door, which works. and I will still be doing this, I just want to be extra sure if its something I can control I want to.

    If your aunts and uncles like to talk shit about your family then to me it sounds like removing some aunts and uncles isn't a bad thing. Family is supposed to support you, not bash you for the things you like to do.
