You dont look at lumens, it is the measurment of light visible to the human eye, you want to look at a lights PAR, or Photosynthetically active radiation, this will give your plants the best chance at essential oil production and all that great stuff. Incandesents produce lumens per watt but are usless for growing. Small fan at the top near the back, find some small fans to blow some air around. Flip that thing upside down and cut some holes for make up air for the fan, so it draws in cool from underneath, don't forget about light leakage, you will want to look at some cheap odour control diy ozone, or a carbon filter. the stink gives it away and a vegging MJ plat does give off odour, and so much more when it flowers. maybe keep it near an open window, be creative.
