  5. I defeated the munchies about 6 months ago. It's a mental thing. After 28 days of doing something your mind/body form a habit. You can do it bro!

    I exercise regularly AND eat healthy. It makes the occasional food splurge (or binge depending on how stoned, lol) that much more special :smoke:
     

  9. Mm yeah I already do that. But it bothers me how FUCKING MUCH I eat when stoned, it's out of control lol. It makes me wanna run for a day straight after remembering it the next day ha
     
  10. I started chugging water to satisfy my munchies. But alas, the munchies are powerful. They demand their sacrifical food and not following their commands is like disobeying a powerful god.

    Best thing to do is start munching on healthy shit like grapes and blueberries and crap. .....fuck it, I want some funions now.

  12. Eat a lot of meat. Humans were fine until we started farming. It is about time we get back to our carnivorous roots.

  17. eat fruits when you have the munchies...natural sugar tastes so much better than corn syrup once u get used to it..
     
  18. Just get some vitamins, veggies and fruits in there too :)

    Exactly what I do. I do muay thai training three times a week. Those days where I work out the high afterwards feels so rewarding :smoke:

    Frozen fruits = healthy and an AMAZING munchi:hello:
     

  19. I have frozen mangoes and blueberries/raspberries/blackberries in my freezer right now :smoke:
