Senator Toni Boucher has advised to declare a State of Emergency in Connecticut with the pending Marijuana Holiday 4:20. Ms. Boucher said there is medical evidence showing the “tremendous harm†marijuana causes. She said that marijuana smoke is “four to five times more deadly†than tobacco smoke “because of the retention of that smoke in the lungs.†Ms. Boucher also said that while not every pot smoker moves on to harder drugs, “every addict did start smoking pot.†Ms. Boucher expects the cloud from the massive amounts of cannabis being burnt to engulf the East Coast of the U.S. and slowly make its way West. She expects that massive amounts of people will die very quickly from the deadly smoke and the ones who survive will become drug crazed murderers dying to get their hands on any drug.
