stash in vcr

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by silentbob182, Oct 29, 2012.

  1. i feel dumb for asking this but i plan on hiding like my film canister of weed,my bowl, and my papers in my vcr. they fit and theyl be sitting on like a cicuit board. i still use my vcr and where they are wont effect the usage of that i just want to know if the circuits will get hot and like catch any of it on fire or something? should i put them in like a metal box in it or something?

if your too high too read all that basically do vcr circuits get hot?

  2. What's a vcr?

  3. If the weed is in the film canister it should be good, and put the papers toward the top so its not really touching anything that might get warm. I doubt if it would even get warm enough to effect anything at all.

  4. Something that's been out of date for many years haha
    I haven't used one since the 90s!

  5. I used to stash my shit in a vcr all the time..go for it.

  6. dude vcr is the shit, i have so many vhs movies its crazy

  7. apperantly lots of people do but the wayy i understand they just stick it in there like you would the movie

  8. Don't use a metal box -- that's a good way to short out circuit(s) inside the VCR & make it not work anymore.

A plastic box should be fine. Hell, use an old VHS -- unscrew the tape (4-6 screws on the back, IIRC), remove the reels & tape and stash your stuff inside. Then you can just pop it into the VCR and hit "eject" when you want to get to it

  9. why would a metal box short it out? so it wouldnt get real hot? ive never really heard of a vcr getting hot before but ive seen them like over volt and burst into flames on youtube

  10. this guy has brains.

also, trippin ballz + old vhs animated movies = [IMG]

  11. It probably won't get that hot, but that sounds kinda inconvenient to me anyways

  12. its to small screws away bro

Because the metal box is connecting every circuit on the board to each other.

  14. ohhh that makes sense
