Stash backpack. Drug dogs / airport. Help!

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Dutchcrumbs63, Aug 3, 2011.

  1. Aight so I'm going on a flight tomorrow and bringing my favorite backpack. And in that backpack I used one pocket to store a dirty pipe, now the little pocket smells like burnt ash. I was just wondering if drug dogs or anything could sense the smell/any leftover resin in the backpack? Lemme know what you think

  2. I don't think they have drug dogs at the airport, more like bomb sniffing dogs.

I think you're good, as long as there's no pipe, weed, or resin actually IN the pocket, it wouldn't matter even if the dog did smell it.

    :confused_2:

    I think you're golden.

  3. Been notified by a TSA employee (friends little bro) that there are occassionaly dogs that sniff out common drugs at airports.

Don't know how much truth there was to that, the kid used to blaze and is still legit, but I've carried twice. Both times I tripple bagged and jar'd my shit (cleaned with rubbing alky of course) and had behind atleast a few zipper pockets in checked luggage. One of those time's I checked a small bag almost exclusively to have bud upon arrival. I was travelling with my parents so I put a pocket knife in the bag and used that as an excuse to check it (huge knife geek, naked without one).

I suggest doing the same, worked for me :D
