Starting to grow.

I figured I would take the opportunity to tell you about my plan to grow, And ask some questions while I'm at it.

First off, I will be growing purple haze. Recently its been floating around my town, So I decided Ill get in on it.

My initial idea was to wait out this month, then when I head back home for the summer I would simply start growing outside. My rents cabin is far secluded from anyone, and has basically some of the best damn soil around. As I thought more about this, I came to the conclusion that I should start the process while I'm away. Seeing as I will only be at home for 3 months, I decided starting the process a little earlier will give me the opportunity to jump-start on this shit.

Now, I will only be starting one plant, And once I arrive back home( In one month ), I will plant a few more seeds.

Starting off with germination, I'm going to do the basic process. ( Paper towel/jar/water ). The point after this is where I'm thinking I can do two of ways.
Either, Use a jiffy pot to start the plant. OR use a ceramic pot I have, And just use a mix of assorted soils, ASWELL as Polymer crystals.
Here is question A) Which way is better/more effective? And B) Can you use polymer crystals in a small pot? If so, Would I use polymer crystals again when I plant the little cannibus baby outside?
After this starting process I was going to take the plant back home to continue. Its about a 2 day drive to Home, And I'm curious to know, C) Is it okay to secure the plant in my trunk for that time?

Once I arrive home, I will go to the area I already have picked out, And I will plant it in the ground ( Possibly putting down some polymer crystals aswell ).

At this point I will monitor the plant, as it grows. Leading to the next question D) What should I use to spray on my plants to keep insects from destroying it?, (Something that will not cause harm to those who smoke the cannibus after harvest.)

I am considering the possibility of cloning my plant as well, Possibly shoot out another harvest while I have time.
By the time harvest comes around it'll be towards the end of the summer I presume. I'm still trying to figure out which way I'll be curing my buds. Either the oven method, or to simply hang them up.

I left somethings out, as its late and baked. But, I have some other questions I'd love to have answered.

E) Is there any type of soil mixture or additive that will speed up the growing process?
F) When I hang the buds to dry, do I simply cut the branches with buds, And then hang those upside down? Should I do this inside? ( I will be living with my parents for the summer, they occasionally pop in and out, And it would be a shame to lose all my weed cause I HAD to dry it inside in the open, and they find it.)
G) When I cure the cannibus, Do I leave the leaves on there aswell?

And lastly H) Is my 3 month period enough time? Should I start a plant now, Giving it a month head-start? Or just start it when I get home for the summer?
