Starting outdoors right away?

  1. Unfortunately, I will not be able to start up my plants inside this year. Whats the best way to keep the just germinated plants alive in the outdoors. What supplies might I need?

  2. Place them on an elevated place (bush, tree) in small pots (solo cups...) in a creat you attach. That will prevent slugs and animals to fk with them. Also use a copper ring aroûnd the stem and slug repellant in the creat in case. 3 hours of sun is enough for first weeks. Or on the ground but not where animals cross (look for thick bush). Always have copper ring and slug repellant. Pee around your spot. The elevated crate trick worked great for me (without repellant or copper rings!). But if you have expensive genetics, the best is to monitor them clolsely for first weeks (water just enough, protect from rains, storms...). Good luck.
