I have set up a small starting area for my plants. I want to know if 2 23W CFL bulbs will be enough to start the plants and then in a few weeks time transplant outdoors. Also, how long should i wait before moving them outdoors? Sorry i am very new to growing. Would REALLY like some input before i just go and give it a shot without instruction.
