If i dont get my plants in the ground within the next 2 weeks will i be screwed? is there a actual time deadline for outdoors or are the plants able to adapt to the amount of daytime. couldnt i just start late and this would help me keep my plants shorter for when they start to bud?
i guess it would depend on where you live, if the days dont get shorter till september or so i think you would be good, just want to get them out asap.
i live NE US but shouldn't timing not matter really because people grow from seed under 12-12 indoor so even if i put it out during when the days just started to get to lets say 12-12 wouldnt it still grow and just flower automatically ( yeah i know yield would probably suck) but would the plant still make it through its cycle?
It will flower when the days get short enough regardless of when you plant it, but it will have more time to grow bigger if you plant it earlier in the year.
