Starting a 1 month tbreak, any tips?

  1. So the dreaded time has come and I will be taking a 1-month tolerance break. Any tips?

  2. Why one month? Anyway, you will have cravings and it's best to just ignore them. Don't drink heavily to substitute it and do other activities to keep your mind off of it.

  6. Just try to go on with daily things,try not to think about it that much. The month will be over before you know it!

  7. I think 2 weeks should be good enough. Not a whole month.
     
  8. After the first week or so, the cravings go away, atleast they did for me anyways.
     
  9. I started mine today also. Haha on the first I'm getting some weed though lol

  10. I start by cutting out my wake and bake . then I make myself wait til 2:00  After a week of that, I make myself wait til 5:00
     
    I can't do it cold turkey.
     
  11. I'm gonna give you the only tip you need to succeed: don't smoke weed.
     
  12. Step 1: Don't smoke weed.
    Step 2: There is no step 2.
    Step 3: Cease marijuana secession after 30 days.
     
    We did it, we did it, alright, alright!
     
  13. Hopefully my tolerance will be all good again. Haha I smoked everyday all month this month and I need like 3 bowls to get me baked. Haha it's a lot but I'm on a break so it should be good again soon. Haha
