Started seeing bugs in the corner of my eye while high on edibles.

    Kinda freaking out rn, I really hope I'm not going crazy-- so about 3 months ago, I got pretty high on a delta 8 gummy one night and I swear I happened to see some random gnat- or fly-looking bugs quickly fly in the corner of my vision. Never lasts more than a single second, but it sometimes happens many times in succession. Granted, that night I was staying in an Airbnb with lots of bugs (it was my first night there), but honestly ever since that night, I've somewhat regularly felt this same phenomenon, of seeing a quick black bug fly away in the corner of my eye.

    I've looked into "floaters", which are those translucent gel-like figures you see floating around, and I confidently say that what I'm experiencing is different than that. I would just get it checked out at my eye doctor's, but since I first experienced this while high, I'm genuinely a little concerned that I could be periodically hallucinating or something. Plz help

    If i dose high enough on Hash capsules my peripheral vision goes to shattered glass like looking through a Kaleidescope.

    No telling what was in that Delta 8 gummy. And bugs at your Airbnb. Bummer.
    You're not freaking out or going crazy or hallucinating but you sound paranoid. Just forget about it and I think it will go away. Good luck. Well, second thought maybe it is hallucinating....In which case you're not paranoid. I hope you're OK.

    Seeing stuff move in your peripheral vision is pretty normal for some hallucinogens, even mild ones like pot. I've ODed on edibles and seen a rock fireplace moving and the curtains waving in the breeze when the windows were closed and there was no breeze. There isn't anything to be done about it so why worry? Work on learning acceptance, it really is the key to happiness.

    Sounds like u just ate too much lol only thing you can do is ride it out :confused_2::jump:, I always use the 2 hour rule & it's never failed me eat 1/2 the dose of whatever edibles you have then wait 2 hours if ur not high/pain free ect repeat the process:confused_2:

    Just a quick question, do you wear glasses? I got a new pair awhile back and ever since then I've seen things moving right at the edge of my vision, both sides. I finally figured out that certain lighting, head angles and just right conditions I get weird reflections(?) off of the earpieces. Was starting to freak me out too until I figured it out. Happens often enough to be irritating. It kept happening repeatedly whenever I sat in a certain spot, that's how I eventually figured it out. Conditions have to be just right, but when they are can happen a lot.
