It finally arrived!! So I ordered a Great size beaker and a Travel beaker. Both with a showerhead downstem and one disk diffused slide. The Great size beaker is 30cm//11.8 inches and the Travel beaker 20//7.9 inches. So they are the perfect size for me =). The disk diffused slide has on the inside the green "web" and the push bowl has a green handle. The waterpipes look good, blown as how i suspected it would be for only $85 and $60. Not like a roor.de's perfection, but more like your average vase you'd buy in the store. These SSFG waterpipes will definitively give your money's worth. And you'll be supporting Ray and his family . I'm really happy with this thank you Ray!! And thank you Allison for the wonderful support! There is nothing negative to say. Allison always replies within the day on emails. I don't know what else to say, except you should get an SSFG piece. It was a pleasant transaction. I don't think ill be taking some close up HD pictures yet, and neither will a HD video (b/c I borrowed my HD camera to a friend). So you'll have to manage with a basic webcam. Well, thanks to more people talking about it and some conversation with shitloaf, I decided to place an order. Have spent a couple phone calls, talking with Allison, trying to find the best option for me. Since I'm a vapor dude, I wanted a slightly smaller piece, so I was stumped between the Travel Beaker and Travel Tube. After talking to Allison and Ray (thru Allison), we decided. She's putting my order together, for my payment tomorrow, or wednesday. Getting the Travel Beaker, closer to 10" 18/14 showerhead downstem, and small inline ac/perc 18/14. This thing is going to kick @#$%ing ass. Thanks again, shitloaf, for the final push in that decision. Allison says, she does remember you being there, during the really early days. Their customer service reminds me a lot of Magic-Flight. Same caring people, doing what they love. Its obvious they work hard, as she's got a gaggle of kids and even takes time to speak to you, while she's at home, after hours. A true pleasure to work with. Yeah, I just wrapped up my payment with them, today. Ray had already been working on my order, before that. He's making my inline today. Hopefully, he can get to the showerhead today, but didn't know if he'll have time. Allison, was anxious to get the order shipped tomorrow. I laughed and told her, I felt like a kid waiting for Christmas. We ended up talking for like 1/2 an hour, talking about raising kids. They really are, great people. I already know where I'm going to be buying my next piece from. They've got a sweet little vapor bubbler w/ showerhead for $100. Hopefully, I'll be vaping off a new HQ rig, this weekend! I'll be sure to do a full unboxing pictorial, or video. Whichever is easier to pull off.

I originally messaged customer service and asked if I could get it for this weekend because that's when I want it Lol and she told me she would personally handle the order, make sure the showerhead diffuser was done, and have it shipped out tomorrow for Saturday delivery. Well, as luck would have it, my shower head Diffuser was smashed during packaging, but, like the professionals they are, they are sending me my stuff for Saturday like I needed, with a regular slitted diffy, and shipping my showerhead out to me Monday at no cost to me. Awesome customer service, response times, and attitudes from the people at Soul Shine Family Glass. Nothing but good to say about them.
